Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the balance will be held and not accessible until the investigation is complete. If the investigation concludes with no violation found, the balance will be restored. If a violation is confirmed, ijj game reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the balance depending on the nature of the breach.

You may close your own ijj game account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing time.
